Dance with the Armenian Alphabeth
Dance with Armenian Alphabet is an introductory workshop for Armenian language teachers and curious educators who are interested in diversifying their teaching tools through the use of body&movement in the classroom. The workshop is based on dancing and moving the alphabet for learning; which would also serve to develop student’s motor skills, physical and mental health, creativity, body awareness, abstract thinking, imagination and expression. The workshop was developed by Lerna Babikyan in 2017, applied first in Berlin then in Istanbul to various groups, in different associations and dance centers. The workshops were open for language teachers, educators from any level and age.
